Membership
- Greets members and guests and distributes name badges at OSP meetings. Invites prospective members to monthly OSP meetings. Greets the individuals and answers any questions concerning the organization. Acts as host/ hostess in general, making everyone feel welcome. Submits all applications to Vice President of Membership. Dues will be sent to the Tresurer.

Nominating- Obtains recommendations for the officer candidates through an announcement in the newsletter and at the OSP meetings. Selects names to appear on the ballot and mails ballots prior to the october OSP meeting to the membership.

Program- Plans and schedules all regular OSP and/or special programs. Arranges for the speakers and meeting facilities. Makes appropraite reservations for the meal and meeting space. Introduces and hosts speakers. Also, plans any seminar or workshop. This includes programs and speakers, vendor participants, education, publicity, registration, mementos, badges, hospitality, and operations.

Audit- Audits financial records before January 15.
